CHALLENGE
Develop a brand strategy to organize the brand’s current portfolio, build a clear vision for growth, elevate the overall expression of the Lillie’s Q brand, and ultimately extend the brand experience seamlessly across all touch points, including packaging.
RESULTS
Reorganized Lillie’s Q portfolio and established a clear brand strategy and design system to support growth and category expansion. New brand assets—drawing inspiration from butcher shops and apothecary cues—refreshed the visual identity and reinforced product quality. A refined communication platform extended the brand experience and activated broader marketing efforts, leading to 2.5x sales growth in 18 months, with increased distribution and shelf space.
